Description

Immunogencalf thymus PARP. The epitope is found between amino acids 216-375 in the DNA-binding domain of PARP.
SpecificityThe antibody reacts with PARP (116 kDa) and the 85 kDa apoptosis-induced cleavage product of prICE (proteinase resembling interleukin 1β-converting enzyme) and caspase-3 (CPP32 cysteine protease).
Physical formSolution in phosphate buffered saline, containing 0.02% sodium azide.
